Willow Camp does not process special categories of personal data (health data, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, etc.).

5. How to Exercise Your Rights
Send a written request to office@willowcamping.com, including:
- Your full name and the e-mail address used for your booking
- The right you wish to exercise
- Any relevant details (e.g. booking reference number)
We respond within 30 calendar days. In complex cases, this may be extended by a further 60 days with prior notice to you.
The service is free of charge. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or subject to a reasonable fee under Art. 12(5) GDPR.
6. Data Transfers and Recipients
Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Recipients are:
- Netopia Payments – online payment processing (independent controller, GDPR-compliant)
- Email / newsletter service provider – sending communications (if subscribed)
- Public authorities – only when required by law (e.g. Ministry of Tourism, tax authority)

8. Data Security
Willow Camp applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire website
- Restricted access to personal data, limited to authorised staff
- Payment processing exclusively through Netopia Payments, with no card data stored by the operator
- CCTV only in legally permitted areas, with appropriate signage
9. Cookies
The website www.willowcamp.ro may use:
- Essential cookies – strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site; no consent required
- Analytical / preference cookies – used only with your prior consent via the cookie banner
