1. Nature of the Service
Willow Camp provides online booking of campervan and caravan pitches. The service consists of physical access to the reserved pitch on the agreed date and time. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. 'Delivery' in the context of this policy refers to the transmission of the booking confirmation and the granting of access to the site.
2. Booking Confirmation Process
After payment is completed through Netopia Payments, your booking enters processing. The Willow Camp team will verify availability and send a written confirmation within 24 hours of payment, to the e-mail address provided in the booking form.
Your confirmation will include:
- Unique booking reference number
- Check-in and check-out date and time
- Details of your allocated pitch
- Gate access code, valid for the duration of your stay
- GPS coordinates and directions to the site
- Summary of the payment made
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation within the stated timeframe.
3. Access to the Site
Willow Camp is located in Sat Câmpu Cetății, Mureș County, Romania. Exact GPS coordinates and detailed access instructions are sent by e-mail together with the booking confirmation.
Guests who book online receive a gate access code valid throughout their stay, allowing entry to the campsite at any time without requiring staff presence.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 12:00 noon
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
At check-in, guests must present their booking confirmation and a valid identity document for each adult. Late check-out is charged at the rate of one additional day as per the tariffs listed on www.willowcamp.ro.
5. Booking Modifications
Any changes to the arrival date, length of stay, or number of guests must be requested in writing at office@willowcamping.com at least 48 hours before the arrival date, subject to availability. Our team will confirm the change as soon as possible.
6. Unconfirmed Bookings
In the exceptional event that, after payment, the requested pitch is unavailable, the Willow Camp team will contact you immediately to propose an alternative or to process a full refund of the amount paid.
